Before you write

Please first take a look at our FAQ – many common questions are already answered there. That saves you waiting time and us time for individual support requests.

Particularly useful are the FAQ sections on:

  • Autofill problems (especially with Chrome)
  • Moving to a new smartphone
  • Biometrics and fingerprint login
  • CSV import from other password managers

Helpful for support requests

To help you as quickly as possible, the following information is useful:

  • Android version of your device (Settings → About phone)
  • Device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy A53)
  • MyLocalSafe version (Settings → App info)
  • A description of the problem and when it occurs

Important: never send us your passwords, master password or sensitive data. We never need these for support.
